Siblings Corine, Carole, and Olivier Andrieu share the helm at Clos Fantine, a true force in the world of organic low-yield permaculture and zero-zero winemaking located just outside the commune of Cabrerolles, in the Faugeres AOC.

Working with a philosophy that symmetry and cultivating life follows from the vineyard to the cellar, they have shaped a truly inspired place in the world of wine. The Andrieus have tended to their estate with a watchful eye, ever evolving and always with the utmost respect towards nature. “Yield is not a goal for me. For me, the goal is that nature be beautiful and everyone happy. I think that nature gives us what we need” says Corine.
